What data we collect and why
Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form on this website, you provide your name, email address, and a message. This data is transmitted to us via Resend (our email delivery provider) and delivered to our inbox at info@ramdex.co.uk. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests. We have a legitimate interest in receiving and responding to business enquiries submitted to us.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. This collects aggregated, non-personal data including pages visited, approximate geographic region, device type, browser type, and referral source. It does not set cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests. We have a legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used in order to improve it.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads)
With your consent, we use a Google Ads tag (ID: AW-938092178) to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. This allows us to understand whether visitors who came via a Google Ad went on to contact us. Google may collect data including ad click identifiers, cookie values, and conversion events when consent is granted.
Lawful basis: Consent. Advertising cookies are only activated after you click “Accept all” on the consent banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing local storage for this site (see our Cookie Policy for instructions).
Google acts as a data controller for data processed through its advertising infrastructure. Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
